Now, Vivid customers have the convenience of topping up their accounts simultaneously when shopping at various retail locations such as supermarkets, drugstores, hardware stores, and gas stations. Participating retailers include Rewe, Penny, dm, Rossman, mobilcom-debitel, toom, Dr. Eckert, OMV gas stations, Budni, and Q1 gas stations. Users can generate a barcode on their smartphones, which is scanned at the cash registers of these stores and paid in cash.
Cash deposits appear in the Vivid account within a few minutes and can be utilized immediately by users. A service fee of 2.5% of the deposited amount applies to all customers. Vivid Prime members, however, can deposit up to EUR 200 per month without this charge. After that, a fee of 1.5% will apply. Each top-up must be at least for an amount of EUR 50. A single transfer or within a span of 24 hours cannot exceed EUR 999.99.
