One key feature of this new integration is automated reconciliation. Whenever students or agents make payments via TransferMate’s network, each transaction is automatically matched with the relevant student or agent account, reducing manual reconciliation tasks and minimizing errors.
The embedded API also supports real-time commission payouts to agents across different jurisdictions. According to TransferMate, their system enables simultaneous processing of tuition fees and payment transactions, creating a more unified financial workflow for education providers.
Global reach has been expanded through this partnership, with support for payments from a broader range of countries than previously available to Qualy clients. This is anticipated to increase access for institutions and agents operating in various regions, such as Brazil and Australia, where Qualy already has an established customer base.
Qualy’s decision to partner with TransferMate was driven by the latter’s sector-specific functionality, which aligns well with Qualy’s international payment goals. Additionally, Qualy is launching a new AI-based tool aimed at automating data extraction from Letters of Offer, further reducing administrative burdens for institutions.
