InstaVolt selected Planet due to its ability to facilitate secure payments, handle multi-currency transactions, and support various payment processes including RFID and card-based systems.
With Planet’s in-person payment solution, EV drivers can easily tap their cards to start the charging process without any delays or interruptions. The technology supports both RFID roaming cards and traditional card payments on a single device, ensuring convenience for all users. Additionally, Planet’s advanced features like incremental pre-authorisation provide flexibility while minimizing risks.
By integrating Planet’s online payment gateway, InstaVolt can now manage in-app transactions using various payment methods, including those made via in-person or online card payments. This integration will ensure that the payment process remains aligned with customer expectations and support InstaVolt’s growth in EU markets.
