Security Report from MobileIDWorld

MobileIDWorld has identified that all three applications in question leverage the Android Binder vulnerability. The affected applications are Camero, callCam, and FileCrypt Manager. While these apps appear to be legitimate tools—such as photo editing software or a file manager—they may pose security risks.

Buguroo indicates that these apps could grant unauthorized users root access, thereby allowing complete control over the device and potential theft of sensitive information like passwords and personal data. Installation can happen without any additional permissions being requested, making it difficult for users to detect the hack until it’s too late.
