Bitget, a cryptocurrency platform, has partnered with an Indian content creator and crypto advocate to support a blockchain and artificial intelligence summit held in Malaysia.
This collaboration highlights Bitget’s ongoing commitment to regional partnerships and discussions on emerging technologies. The event was organized by the Consortium of Indian Industries in Malaysia (CIIM) and drew participants from India, South Asia, China, Singapore, the Middle East, and other regions. It included panel discussions, keynote sessions, and networking opportunities focused on advancements in Web3, AI, and decentralised technologies.
The summit aimed to position Malaysia as a prominent hub for blockchain and AI convergence in Southeast Asia. Bitget officials indicated that their support of such events aligns with the company’s strategy to foster ecosystem development through education and engagement at the grassroots level.
Focusing on local engagement and regional positioning
A representative from Bitget noted that the presence of an Indian crypto advocate at the summit reflects the industry’s growing global nature and the importance of cross-border collaboration. They also stated that the company aims to facilitate decentralised technologies wherever such ecosystems are emerging.
Pushpendra Singh, who co-led the summit, commented that Malaysia’s increasing reputation as both a tourism and technology destination made it an ideal location for international dialogue. He emphasized that the event sought to bring together diverse stakeholders around a shared vision of responsible innovation.
The summit is part of several recent initiatives that align with Bitget’s broader goal of encouraging cryptocurrency adoption through partnerships and educational outreach.
Founded in 2018, Bitget operates as a cryptocurrency exchange and non-custodial wallet supporting over 130 blockchains. Its services encompass trading tools, staking, access to decentralised applications, and multi-chain functionality. The firm has also formed brand affiliations across sports and education, including partnerships with LALIGA, Turkish national athletes, UNICEF, and MotoGP.
