Designed to support the launch and management of investment vehicles, InvestXB offers tailored financial solutions for investment professionals. It enables global operations by facilitating interactions with investors and assets across various markets.
PingPong secured approval from Luxembourg’s financial regulator, the CSSF, transitioning its licence from a Payment Institution (PI) to an Electronic Money Institution (EMI). This EMI licence allows PingPong to operate in all countries within the European Economic Area under the CSSF’s oversight and regulation.
InvestXB is equipped to quickly open multi-currency accounts and onboard investment vehicles with global investors, while adhering strictly to compliance standards. This capability enables its team to navigate financial challenges effectively and achieve desired outcomes.
Capabilities of InvestXB
InvestXB stands out by onboarding investment vehicles that include international Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), setting it apart from traditional service providers. Moreover, as one of the few non-banking institutions, InvestXB enables global investment vehicles to establish a Luxembourg-based multi-currency IBAN account. This account can accept incoming funds in 23 different currencies, hold multiple currencies for fund obligations, and facilitate disbursements to over 200 countries and regions.
Efficiency is crucial for fund managers when raising capital, but traditional banks often cause delays in account approvals. InvestXB addresses this by opening accounts within 24 hours, thus allowing rapid capital deployment and even enabling the global investment vehicles to open additional accounts on the same day.
Other Developments from PingPong
In June of 2025, PingPong extended its global payment platform to the UAE and Malaysia by acquiring licences from local central banks. The platform supported efficient cross-border B2B transactions via direct access to the EU’s SEPA and the UK’s Faster Payment Service (FPS), along with SWIFT integration. It also included an onboarding suite equipped with automated Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and AI tools, streamlining customer deployment and reducing compliance risks.
With these new licences, PingPong increased its global licensing portfolio to 60, significantly enhancing access to Asian and Middle Eastern markets for its users.
